Meditation really changed my life in such a great and inspiring way. Today, I lead a life of bliss and happiness and here is how meditation helped me reach the final level of self actualization. It is a radical idea to imagine surviving a terrible hospitalization, a car accident, multiple deaths of a loved one, traumatic life and even insomnia just through meditation.
We know that meditation has existed for thousands of years. People from all walks of life all over the world are practicing it, but there are few common myths about meditation. However, this often leads to feelings of failure and why people give up practicing.
In this blog, you will read in detail about how meditation changed my life for good!
Wellness/Happiness/Satisfaction
One of the core principles of meditation is that true happiness lies within. It is a state of mind and state of heart and not a state of life. When I really started to deepen my meditation experience, as my concentration became more stable, I started to feel joy and even happiness. I realized that I can’t find such an experience anywhere else in the world.
I found that the more a person grows, the less obsessed with seeking happiness in external achievements and things. From a neurological point of view, all of this makes much more sense now.
Before meditating, my mood was restless. Now, many years later, my main emotion is a kind of vitality, calmness and satisfaction. Meditation almost eliminated all my mental illnesses. When I talk to myself, I don’t remember the last time I was sad, depressed, anxious, scared or bored.
Mind Control
Meditation allows me to control my inner feelings and universe. Although some thoughts linger for longer than I want, I am no longer suppressed by any thoughts. In fact, it allows me to understand myself better and stop negative thoughts and emotions before they grow and multiply. To some extent, have the ability to “turn off” any disturbing thoughts or emotions that may arise. I rather use these emotions in specific situations, and in other cases, I prefer to research and view the hidden content behind it.
Worry, fear, hatred, anger, boredom, all these have basically vanished and no longer happen. Except for expressions that may be very subtle, faint, and short-lived (if any). I can “let down” any mentality and find peace at any time of the day.
Reduced Reaction
When my computer crashes, the same thing almost always happens. There seems to be no more automatic response. No matter what happens outside, when an automatic reaction occurs in my body or mind, there will be a pause or space before it. Observe the reaction or remain silent.
Learn to constantly examine yourself. This is similar to the automatic rest before the note. The less impulse, the more conscious the action and the less regret. Letting go of these ill emotions will help you move forward and not hold you back from reaching your goals in personal and professional life.

Willpower and Focus
The main exercise in my simulation is to constantly be aware of what is happening in your head and direct your attention the way you want and willpower manifested dozens of times.
In other words, the more I cultivate the art of mindfulness, the more willpower and spiritual resources I have for everything else. With clearer awareness and stronger intentions, other things in life will become easier, such as my health, my relationships, my career, etc.
Mental Flexibility
The more I immerse myself in meditation, the more I am about concepts, beliefs and worldviews. Also, opposing truths can easily exist at the same time. Meditation helps in becoming more accepting about yourself.
Continuous personal growth requires you to contradict yourself from time to time. Meditation gives you spiritual power and allows you to get rid of old ideas and say “I was wrong” without fear of embarrassment. It helps in self introspection and allows one to be more aware about themselves.
Fearlessness & Strength
I feel most comfortable when I encounter difficult conversations, get hit by life, or deal with difficult people. I think I can always accept everything that the moment brings me and do some good things. It gave me more control, less worry, and less stress.
Problems will still occur, but once they occur, I will immediately recognize them, feel their impact on my body, and consciously relax my nervous system. Then I have the opportunity to consider whether I really need to take action or not.
Another aspect is that when you openly deal with your thoughts and inner demons’ day after day, you will naturally feel inner strength and confidence. If there are strong emotions, such as disappointment, there is no need to panic. Because I am sure from my own experience that everyone will come and go.
Integration/Wholeheartedness
Integration means that all the voices within you work together instead of fighting for power. For example, if one part of you wants to lose weight and the other part hates exercise and healthy eating, there will be constant internal conflicts. They split, and disappointment and regret followed.
I found that with years of meditation and other important exercises, I may have internal conflicts at first, but it will resolve faster and more coherently. There seems to be a group of employees with opposite ideas and priority, but when they discuss and vote on issues, the entire team will sincerely act in the direction they choose.
The Bottom Line
Meditation is not the only way to develop these qualities/skills, but it is an effective method. This is an exercise that can be developed in many ways if you take it seriously and do it every day. Proper the posture and technique, and it leads to the more you get out of the practice. The first and most important step is to develop consistent daily practice and find the skills that suit you.
